Week 69-TSFL-Side

Description

Day 483 of Take Shape for Life:Heavier work out week - I made a conscious effort to get to the gym 4x this week - did core weights all 4 days, and then focused arms and legs on alternating days - probably averaged 60 - 90 minutes total gym time per session. Upped my protein intake as recommended.

Results for week 69 then: dropped 2.6 pounds! Back down to 195.6. BF% came in this morning at 18.7%. Waist and chest measurements are both going back upward, but clothes are fitting the same, which tells me that we're converting to muscle as expected. It's all good, my friends. Keep the focus, keep the faith!

I'm now a health coach for this plan, and helping others reach optimal health is very rewarding!
